Nasr Aldeen Mohamed brings over 25 years of extensive legal expertise representing and advising a diverse spectrum of local and international clients, including major conglomerates. He specializes in high-stakes commercial negotiations, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.
In his previous leadership role as Director of Legal Affairs at Etihad Etisalat (Mobily), he advised executive management through complex contract negotiations, including high-value confidential transactions valued at 5 Billion Saudi Riyals and a USD 450 Million fiber infrastructure project across three telecom operators in the KSA. He has also directed teams of lawyers in successfully resolving major regulatory disputes.
